Compost Station

The Compost Station is open to Jackson Township Residents Friday through Tuesday. It’s closed Wednesdays, Thursdays and holidays. Hours of operation are 8 am until 3:45 pm

" MULCH IS AVAILABLE FOR THE JACKSON RESIDENTS AT THE TOWNSHIP COMPOST STATION, 334 JACKSON MILLS ROAD. 

   HOURS OF OPERATIONS:    MONDAY, TUESDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 8 AM TO 3: 45 PM". 

Compost Station Guidelines

• We do not accept grass clippings of any kind.
• Any type of Bamboo / Ornamental Grasses (Pampas, Plumegrass, etc) are NOT accepted
• No stumps or logs accepted.
• All brush must be in 4 feet lengths or less and no more than 4 to 6 inches in diameter.
• No commercial vehicles (plates, markings or signage) will be permitted to enter this site.
• No contractors
• Any vehicle entering this facility must be registered in New Jersey. Vehicles without New Jersey license plate will not be permitted to enter.
• Proper identification must be presented upon entry showing proof of residency.
