Address Change Form - This form is required to change the mailing address on your tax account. Please complete and sign the form and mail to: Jackson Township Municipal Assessor at 95 W. Veterans Highway, Jackson NJ 08527. Please allow enough time for the change to be reflected on the townships records.
Tax Authorization Form - This form will authorize the addition or removal of a Bank, Motgage Company or Servicing Agent on your tax account as the party to bill for the payment of taxes. (Please note: If you are adding a Bank, Mortgage or Servicing Company to your account you will still receive an annual "Advice Copy" of your tax bill for your information. If you are removing a Bank, Mortgage or Servicing Company from your account you must use your current "Advice Copy" to pay your taxes on time. Tax Lien Redemption request - This form will allow authorized persons to request a redemption figure on a parcel to pay off a tax sale certificate. Per Statute, the only parties allowed to make a redemption are the Homeowner, Mortgage Company, Prior Tax Sale Certificate Holder, Heir or Occupant of the property. (Please be advised that additional proof may be requested to identify your standing with the property) Please allow up to 3 business days, from receipt of request, to provide an accurate payoff amount.
Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request form - This form will allow you to request information from the tax office on parcels that you do not have a direct interest in, provided that the proper fee for photocopies and/or research accompanies the request. Please contact this office at 732-928-1200 for assistance in determining the exact type of records requested, format available and fee involved.
